Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Narwhal products. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, as per UK consumer rights. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless an item is faulty.
